Embodying the black experience through performance.
This piece is dedicated to experiencing, upholding, and digesting the embodiment of Blackness through Inter-disciplinary time based work. Anthony Sims, an emerging artist from North Carolina, has created a piece involving imagery of deceased queer black individuals. With this work, he will perform a task of burying himself with the images to breathe life back into his forgotten community.
