An art workshop for all creative experience levels, focused on grounding techniques to benefit local organizations!

Join in on an art workshop co-led by Adler University Art Therapy Grad Students, Elisha-Rio Apilado and Elizabeth Anne. We’ll dispose of any inner fears of “not being an artist” and find some peace and quiet by creating from the heart. We’ll walk through a grounding art techniques meant to help calm your mind from any stressors and introduce community art projects benefitting local organizations, Phil’s Friends and Cradles to Crayons Chicago. Art materials will be provided. Please dress to make a mess!
