Disability Art Showcase and Maker-Space
@ Access Living
115 W Chicago Ave, Chicago, IL 60654
Opening Tuesday, April 16th, from 6PM - 8PM
We invite disability-identifying individuals and their allies to attend the Disability Art Showcase + Maker-Space for a special night of disability culture building.
Join us as we come together across systemically divided groups of disabled people – veterans, scholars, art therapists, artists, activists, and so many more to create a more united disability community and voice.
This event will feature a visual and tactile art exhibition, special presentations, and an open studio experience for all guests to engage in the connecting force of creative expression. No artistic experience is necessary!
