Join us during Chicago Dance Month, as the Chicago Dance History Project (CDHP) shares plans for its digital archive and celebrates the 2019 Ruth Page Award presented to Executive and Artistic Director Jenai Cutcher.

Since its inception in 2015, CDHP has focused on conducting extensive interviews, presenting public events, and fostering partnerships that will be essential to the launch of an open-access digital archive.

A challenge grant from the Gaylord and Dorothy Donnelley Foundation broadens CDHP’s reach at a critical moment and will specifically fund a pilot project to preserve precious memories by transferring vulnerable, irreplaceable materials to digital media.
