Panel Discussion: Fluid Urbanism—Architecture, Community, and Ecology along the Chicago River
Highlighting projects across Chicago, this panel brings together leaders in design, research, policy, and advocacy to discuss the past, present, and future of development in and around the Chicago River. Featuring architects Jeanne Gang of Studio Gang Architects, Carol Ross Barney, Martin Felsen and Sarah Dunn of UrbanLab, Angela Brooks from the Chicago Housing Authority, and Josh Ellis from Great Rivers Chicago, this lively discussion addresses historical, ecological, community-focused, and more speculative approaches to our city and waterways.
