Join USNC for UN Women in partnership with Woman Made Gallery for a weekend brunch and learn, celebrating the impact of artistic expression and feminist social advocacy!
Your ticket to this interactive, all-inclusive afternoon of discussion and activities includes:
-A pre-event networking/social hour featuring brunch items and mimosas, music and an opportunity to explore Woman Made Gallery
-A proactive 60-minute panel discussion featuring five of Chicago’s foremost artistic advocates across dance, theatre, visual art, film and music (thoughtfully moderated by Chicago Reader Editor in Chief Anne Elizabeth Moore).
-An advocacy and embroidery workshop facilitated by the wonderful women of Badass Cross-Stitch!
Honor International Women’s Day and the groundbreaking global advocacy of the Windy City’s local artist community, learn more about the UN Women organization, and come together to champion equity and parity for women and girls over drinks and bites in a fantastic gallery space!
Space is highly limited. Ticket includes admission to all event activities, two drink tickets and workshop materials.
