Join us for a workshop with Carlos Matallana to create and taste blood sausage, a cuisine that is an example of migration, with local variants which have developed as the dish has traveled throughout the world.

A variation of the exhibition at 6018North will travel to the Lubeznik Art Center in Fall 2019 and the Chicago Cultural Center in Summer 2020.
