Activating History: History of Juvenile Justice or “Art of MCing”

This hip hop peace circle is targeted to young men and women ages 14-20 who have directly dealt with incarceration, homelessness and gang activity.

Wednesdays 3:30-5:30PM

Each week, the circle will explore and discuss these issues using poetry, graffiti or songs and lyrics. These art forms and artistic processes will then be analyzed by the group to promote healing, peace, freedom, and hope.
