Directed by Nigerian photographer and filmmaker Andrew Dosunmu, Mother of George tells the story of Adenike and Ayodele, a Nigerian couple living in Brooklyn who manage a small restaurant. Together, they face fertility issues that defy cultural expectations which lead Adenike to make a shocking decision that will impact the fate of her family.
Starring Danai Gurrira of The Walking Dead and Black Panther fame, the film showcases her increasingly popular talents in her first leading role!
