Join us for a conversation with Tomás Saraceno and Yasmil Raymond! Berlin-based, Argentinian artist Tomás Saraceno creates large-scale installations informed by his ongoing research into the worlds of art, architecture, natural sciences, astrophysics, and engineering. Yasmil Raymond, associate curator at MoMA, who organized an exhibition with Tomás Saraceno (2009) at the Walker Art Center, will speak with Saraceno about his work and current ideas and interests. This event is presented by the Arts, Science & Culture Initiative and the Gray Center for Arts and Inquiry at UChicago, the Chicago Architecture Biennial, and the Goethe-Institute Chicago.
