Join us at “Forbidden Newberry” to see some of the secret treasures from the dark corners of the Newberry vaults, where supernatural texts on magic and demonology dwell with salacious volumes of sex and subversion. Get to know the scandalous, subversive, and spooky side of the library with cocktails at this special event as part of our Next Chapter initiative.

Tickets: Free for members of the Newberry’s Next Chapter program (ages 21-45)
$20 in advance, $25 at the door
Includes two drink tickets for cocktails, beer, and wine plus a selection of appetizers and desserts
