It’s been 50 years since the famous Chicago Picasso, the soaring steel sculpture designed by the century’s best-known artist, put its iconic stamp on Chicago’s downtown.
In “The Chicago Picasso: A Point of Departure,” art historian Patricia Stratton tells the story behind the magnificent piece of public art.
