We’d like to invite you to The Overlook’s third ENGAGED event, Ladylike on Saturday, August 26th, from 7 – 10pm at Lillstreet Drawing Studio. Please join us for a fun night of disgusting stories, gritty details, and more skin than your last Saturday night with Ladylike Chicago featuring 6 storytellers and Burlesque by Fancy Fontina and friends!
Entry is $10 at the door with proceeds going to Sarah’s Circle. Sarah’s Circle is a refuge for women who are homeless or in need of a safe space. By providing life necessities, housing, case management, clinical and social services, we encourage women to empower themselves by rebuilding both emotionally and physically; realizing their unique potential.
ENGAGED is a quarterly art event series to stay politically and artistically engaged.
