Chicago’s Sideshow Gallery will be hosting esteemed San Francisco artist Dirty Donny Gillies in collaboration with Logan Hardware & sponsored by Pabst Blue Ribbon. The event theme is 70’s van/motorcycle culture + black light poster art. Gillies recently designed a PBR Can Crusher pinball machine, which Logan Hardware has generously offered to have on loan. He has also designed pinball machines for the likes of Metallica and Aerosmith.
SATURDAY JULY 8TH AT SIDESHOW GALLERY:
Festivities include: custom van & motorcyle/chopper rally; Pabst Blue Ribbon Can Crusher Van pinball; vinyl djs including DJ Dee Pants & National Lust; psychadelic light show by Justin “Nordic Thunder” Howard; additional libations by Revolution Brewing & Pipeworks Brewing Company & of course, Dirty Donny’s artwork.
