In partnership with Black Cinema House, The South Side Home Movie Projecy presents a rotating selection of home movies from our collection projected on real celluloid! This new monthly series showcases precious historical footage of everyday life pulled from basements, attics and garages across the South Side. All films are family friendly and we encourage audience participation!

This month we are proud to present material from the newly digitized Jean Patton Collection. Mrs. Patton is a resident of the Chatham neighborhood who taught at James E. McDade Classical School for 17 years. Members of the Patton family will be joining us for the screening and providing live narration of the footage!
