On the Beat Film Club, a free, all-ages music video class hosted by Black Cinema House this summer, presents a showcase of students’ final music video projects. Our multi-generational class engaged in a collaborative art making process to learn about the unique relationship between music and moving images. Check out their work!

Hosted by class instructors Chelsea Williams (local filmmaker and summer intern for Rebuild and Black Cinema House and a student at NYU Tisch School of the Arts) and Darren Wallace (Cinema Education Coordinator at Black Cinema House and founding member of Kinfolk Collective, a Chicago-based collective of visual artists).
