Ryan Ingebritsen presents Songpath, a compositionally guided listening hike where the audience experiences an outdoor space as a piece of music. The sounds of birds, water, wind, trees, and the surrounding environment all play into the composition and feature the mysterious and invisible sonic features and reverberations present in the space that change and morph as the audience moves around it.

To get to Hegewisch Marsh, take I94 south to 130th street then go east to Toreence Ave. The park entrance is on torrence just after the underpass on the right hand side. Parking is available in the wood chipped area just off the road.

Admission is free but reservation is strongly recommended as space is limited.
